I am a wife, and mother of three living in California. I was born in the bay area, but as an army brat, I had the privilege of living in other states – Utah, Texas, Washington. I have also lived in NYC, and Washington D.C. – both places I highly recommend at least visiting while you’re young and ready to take on the world.
As far as reading goes, I absolutely adore historical romances, but oddly enough I usually write contemporary or paranormal. I have a few historicals floating around and taking shape, but there’s no telling when their characters will start shouting loud enough to drown out my other projects.
A Jill-of-all-trades, I have worn many hats in my lifetime: Writer, actor, model, nanny, rancher, veterinary assistant, artist, clerk, door-to-door sales person, theater technician, receptionist, demo person, professional student… All of which helped prepare me for my current career as a mom. (My husband wishes I chose a career that paid better.)
I have always been passionately interested in biology. I also enjoy photography. I have an inner-crafter that loves to crochet, sew and bake.
